Liberty and Equality



What You Need

- 1/2 oz. pomegranate liqueur
- 1 oz. light rum
- 1/4 oz. Blue Curacao
- 1 tsp. agave nectar
- Maraschino cherry, for garnish



How to Make It

- Pour pomegranate liqueur into a martini glass.
- In a cocktail shaker, add other ingredients except cherry and shake well.
- Slowly strain over pomegranate liqueur into martini glass.
- Garnish with maraschino cherry.

Caribbean Breeze


What You Need

- 1 oz. Caribbean rum
- 1 oz. homemade grenadine*
- 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
- Jamaican ginger beer
- Thinly sliced lemon wheel, for garnish



How to Make It

- Add first 4 ingredients to a tall glass and stir briefly.
- Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish with lemon wheel.
- Dissolve 1 cup sugar in 1 cup pomegranate juice. Superfine sugar dissolves instantly. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Champagne Apricato





- 1 oz. Tanqueray Gin
- 1 oz. Marie Brizard Apry (apricot liqueur)
- ¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- 2 oz. premium champagne
- Apricot slice
- Edible flower (for garnish)

To make simple syrup, bring 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water to a boil. Once the sugar has dissolved, remove from heat. Let cool to room temperature. Combine gin, liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice in a cocktail shaker, and shake well. Strain into a flared glass; top off with champagne. Add apricot, and garnish.

Fire & Ice Martini




What You Need

- 2 oz. ginger and jalapeno-infused vodka
- 2 oz. grapefruit syrup
- 1 oz. fresh-squeezed white grapefruit juice



How to Make It

- Shake all ingredients with ice in a martini shaker, strain, and serve in a gold sugar-rimmed martini glass.

Key Lime Pie




What You Need

* Lime juice
* Crumbled graham crackers for rim
* 1 1/2 oz. KeKe Beach Key lime cream liqueur
* 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka
* Squeeze of fresh lime
* 1 1/2 oz. half-and-half



How to Make It

* Saturate rim of a martini glass with lime juice.
* Dip upside down into graham cracker crumbs.
* Pour liqueur, vodka, and squeeze of lime into a shaker.
* Shake and strain into a martini glass.
* Add half-and-half.

Tangerini



What You Need

- 1 oz. tangerine schnapps
- 1 oz. vodka
- Tangerine juice
- Orange/tangerine peel, for garnish



How to Make It

- Shake and strain first 3 ingredients into a martini glass.
- Garnish with orange/tangerine peel.
